Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Champagne Cocktail respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1994, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Champagne Cocktail service or website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL(s) of the infringing material).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted on our site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Champagne Cocktail may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
